Section 5 of Bill No. 190606-AA provides: "This ordinance shall be effective January 1, 2020, provided that the Code as it read on December 31, 2019 shall continue to govern the disposition of properties for which, prior to January 1, 2020, an Agency issued a reservation or commitment letter, or presented an applicant with a signed Agreement. Approval by the Commissioner of Public Property shall constitute approval of the Vacant Property Review Committee in connection with any such applications." |
