Section 2 of Bill No. 110610 provides: "The provisions of this Ordinance shall take effect upon the effective date of implementing regulations pursuant to Section [9-3706], but in no case sooner than 120 days after it becomes law." The Office of the Managing Director filed regulations pursuant to that Section on June 5, 2012, which became law and became effective on July 5, 2012. |
