Building materials or refuse from any building, remodeling or repair operations or any landscaping work or any household appliances or similar items will not be removed from the site or curb by the city. All materials of this nature shall be removed by the business, person or other entity who performed the work or by the property owner. If said materials or debris are not removed from the curb within six days of written notice from the city, the property owner will be assessed a fine of $100 per day until removed which will be added to their utility bill.
