If any Section, subsection sentence, clause, or phrase of this Sign Code or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Sign Code, or the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances is in effect and shall remain in full force and effect.
