9-1-16: ILLEGAL CANCELLATION OF TRAFFIC CITATIONS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to cancel or solicit the cancellation of any traffic citation in any manner except where approved by the municipal judge. (1956 Code § 7-095; amd. 1978 Code)
