A. Any real property used, maintained, or existing as chronic crime property within the city of Milton-Freewater, Oregon, is declared to be a nuisance and may be abated.
B. No owner or occupant shall use or maintain or allow the use or maintenance of real property as chronic crime property.
C. No owner or occupant shall use or occupy or allow or permit any person to use or occupy, by lease or otherwise, any real property during any period such property is subject to an order of closure pursuant to section 8-16-7 of this chapter. (Ord. 950, 2-9-2009)
