A. Each violation of a separate provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense, and each day that a violation of this chapter is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
B. The maximum penalty for a violation of this chapter shall not exceed the maximum penalty prescribed for violation of a substantially similar offense prescribed by the Oregon criminal code of 1971. (Ord. 372, 6-22-1972; amd. Ord. 720)
