In addition to, and not exclusive of the criminal remedy provided by this Ordinance, any person violating any of the provisions of this Title and by such violation causing the City additional costs to collect, transmit and treat sewage produced within the City's sewer service area, or causing the City to be subjected to civil penalties imposed by State or Federal agencies, or causing the City to lose, or jeopardize the holding of, any permit for the use of the Payette River in conjunction with its sewerage treatment system, shall be subjected to the full remedies available to the City pursuant to State and Federal law.
