3-15-6: EMERGENCY CLAUSE:
The Malheur County court hereby adjudges that it is necessary for the immediate preservation of the peace, health, and safety of the county that this chapter shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval, and an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this chapter will be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage by the Malheur County court. (Ord. 211, 8-5-2015)
