§ 154.076 UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
   (A)   Utility and street improvements shall be provided in each new subdivision in accordance with the standards and requirements described in the schedules set forth in the table in division (C) of this section.
   (B)   The standards and specifications for each general type of development shall be as follows:
      (1)   For apartments and row houses, improvements to be in accord with Standard A.
      (2)   For one and two family dwellings, improvements to be in accord with Standard B.
      (3)   For one family homes with typical lot widths greater than division (B)(2) above, improvements to be in accord with Standard C.
      (4)   For commercial, business, industrial and other types, as determined by the Plan Commission and the City Engineer.
