13-4-2: FUELING AND VENDING OPERATIONS:
   A.   Aviation fuels shall be sold on airport property only by vendors meeting the standards set forth in this title.
   B.   Private users shall only fuel aircraft owned, rented or leased by them and shall be performed in compliance with this chapter. (1978 Code §4-91; amd. 1994 Code)
