The owner or owner's agent shall complete a standard request for inspection of shallow injection well and pay the fees established by resolution for the inspection of the shallow injection well. The city of Hailey shall then inspect the shallow injection well to ensure accuracy of inventory information, determine depth and largest straight line surface dimension, assess best management practice function, collect GPS location information and examine for signs of contamination.
