§ 54.34 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.
   The Public Services Director of the City shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this subchapter. Any powers granted or duties imposed upon the Public Services Director may be delegated by the Public Services Director to persons or entities acting in the beneficial interest of or in the employ of the city.
