§ 98.11 OTHER STANDARDS.
   (A)   Any icebox, refrigerator or other container of any kind which has an airtight snap lock or other device thereon and is in use in open areas shall be crated, strapped or locked to such an extent that it is impossible for a child to obtain access to any airtight compartment thereof. Snap locks or doors on any discarded refrigerator, icebox or container shall be removed prior to disposal.
   (B)   Any motor vehicle, recreational vehicle or other type of equipment which is inoperable but is being actively restored by its lawful owner shall be locked, enclosed or otherwise fashioned to such an extent that it is impossible for a child to obtain access or be entrapped in such a vehicle.
