§ 98.08 REMOVAL, ABATEMENT OR REMEDY.
   In the event the person in default files no request for hearing and fails to remove, abate or remedy the public nuisance, or in the event the Board of Commissioners determines after a hearing that an actual public nuisance exists, then the investigating official(s) shall proceed to cause the removal, abatement or remedy of the public nuisance. This includes the right to enter any premises or property that has been determined to be a public nuisance for the purposes of abating or remedying the public nuisance.
