§ 157.402 INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.
   (A)   Whenever the Town Council has a reasonable cause to believe that any person is violating or threatening to violate this chapter, rule, regulation, order duly adopted or issued pursuant to this chapter or making a connection to a stormwater conveyance or stormwater conveyance system other than in accordance with the terms, conditions, and provisions of approval, the town may, either before or after the institution of any other action or proceeding authorized by the Code, institute a civil action in the name of the town for injunctive relief to restrain and abate the violation or threatened violation.
   (B)   The institution of an action for injunctive relief under division (C) shall not relieve any party to such proceeding from any further civil or criminal penalty prescribed for violations of this Code.
