(A) General members. Membership in the town Volunteer Fire Department shall be in accordance with and subject to the rules and procedures established by the Fire Chief.
(B) Officers. In addition to the Chief, the Department shall be composed of additional officer positions as adopted by the Town Council upon recommendation by the Fire Chief and Town Manager. Selection of Department officers shall be based on the rules and procedures established by the Fire Chief and the Town Manager.
