9-80-260 Horse-drawn carriages – Prohibited.
   (a)   For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
   "Horse-Drawn Carriage" means any device in, upon or by which any person is or may be transported upon a public way that is drawn by a Horse.
   "Horse" means an animal of the genus equus.
   (b)   No person shall operate or allow to be operated a Horse-Drawn Carriage for the transportation of passengers for hire within the city, except pursuant to a permit issued under Sections 10-8-330, 10-8-332, or 10-8-337 of this Code.
