521.11 DISPOSING OF MATERIAL IN STREETS.

(a) No person shall intentionally deposit leaves, throw, rake and sweep any trash, leaves, garbage, sticks, trees, tree limbs, shrubbery, paper or any other products on to any streets or roadways of the Village of Cadiz.

(Ord. 73-9. Passed 11-15-73.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
