(a) The parking of any vehicle in excess of 3-1/2 tons of weight when empty or in excess of eight feet in width is prohibited on any Village street that is not a State or federal highway.
(b) This section does not apply to any vehicle being temporarily parked for legitimate loading or unloading.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day or part of a day that a vehicle remains parked in violation of this section is a separate violation.
