a. Failure to purchase the permit required hereinabove prior to engaging in business in the City shall in addition to the penalties hereinafter set forth, subject the representative to a late charge not to exceed one-half (½) of the calculated fee due.
b. Any person whose permit or permit sign has been lost, stolen or destroyed shall apply to the City’s Office of Occupational License for a duplicate permit or permit sign. The fee for issuance of a duplicate permit or permit sign shall be five dollars ($5.00).
c. Permits may be renewed upon expiration in accordance with this Subchapter.
