22-4.06   Parking by Permit; City-Owned Parking Lots.
   a.   The City may designate certain spaces in parking lots owned or controlled by the City as “Reserved for Parking by Permit Only.” Such spaces shall be appropriately signed and marked.
   b.   No person shall park any vehicle in any space designated for parking by permit only without having first purchased and properly displayed a City of Bowling Green parking permit issued by the City.
   c.   Parking permits within parking lots owned or controlled by the City may be purchased for a minimum of one (1) calendar month at the rate set by the City Manager, or designee.
