All licenses are to be renewed annually. The Board shall establish a system of staggered licensure and shall mail each licensee a renewal application 30 days prior to expiration. To renew the license, the licensee must provide proof of compliance with Kentucky’s workers’ compensation and unemployment insurance laws, must provide proof of liability insurance in an amount satisfactory to the Board and must provide proof of compliance with all local ordinances and regulations, including, but not limited to, proof that all local taxes and fees have been paid.
