6-2.02   Application.
   The Kentucky Building Code and the Kentucky Residential Code as adopted hereinabove shall apply and extend to all structures in the City. Pursuant to the Kentucky Revised Statutes, a building permit and inspection program is hereby established in the City for application to all buildings as provided in the Kentucky Building Code and the Kentucky Residential Code.
